Testimonials
“I can't recommend Lifespan enough. The agency was flexible, concerned, in contact with me as the guiding family member, and always, always kind to my parents. Caring for elders requires continual adjusting and invention, and Lifespan and I had to discuss issues as they came up, but the staff members were always available and responsive, and they always provided the highest-quality, professionally-trained, thoughtful care. I recommend them to you.”
— Robin T.
“They are dependable, and their employees are capable. The caregivers are well educated about issues of the elderly. They are caring and take an interest in the client.”
— Linda H.
“I like how compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable they are. My mother’s caregiver is great. She is like family. The office staff keeps me up-to-date and are flexible.”
— Rich H.
“The care my in-laws are receiving is very much appreciated. They often highlight elements of their day with the caregiver and talk about what a great job she's done and how kind and efficient she is. Knowing that they are positive about the experience makes me satisfied.”
— Dan O.
“My sister needs someone who is really patient, who understands dementia. She also needs someone who can do detailed management. The primary caregiver has a way of making sure my sister is calm and comfortable. She communicates very well with me if she needs help redirecting my sister.”
